The Story of Oil and Natural Gas

Washington D.C. People want to give up using oil and natural gas. I read about this on TeenBiz3000. But they say it is not so easy. Things made from oil and natural gas or petrochemicals are all over this world. Petrochemicals are used in tires and plastics. They are used in cars and computers. They are used in toothpaste and in food. Do you think petrochemicals are good or bad? I say they are both. Cars that use gas make the air dirty. Did you know cars made with plastic are lighter so they burn less gas, that means less pollution. One day we will run out of gas. So people are looking for alternatives. The bad thing is petrochemicals pollute the air. If the chemicals get in our blood it might make us sick.
