Tricks for Test
/STORY BY SYDNEY BARNES, FNN REPORTER, WOODRIDGE BUREAU.
Pretty soon students in grades third through ninth will begin taking the DC CAS .The DC CAS is a standardized test taken by students across Washington, DC. Students are tested in reading, math, and writing. Lots of kids get stressed out around this time but I feel sad because the test is boring. Whatever the case, make sure you still do your best.
Follow these simple test taking tips for success:
- Go over the questions more than once.
- Think outside the box.
- Show your work.
- Pay attention in class.
- Eat a hot breakfast before the test.
- Get plenty of rest the night before.
- Take your time when answering questions.
