Our Team Goes To Verizon Arena

FEBRUARY 8, 2013.  The Southeast basketball team played at the Verizon Center Arena. They played against Highland Park Christian Academy. Even though I wasn’t there I think that it might have been a great game.

The coach’s name is Mr. Jenkins. He coaches football and basketball. He helped this team get where they are now, which is undefeated.

The reason our basketball team went to the Verizon Center is because they work really hard. At the event there were Southeast cheerleaders. There were lots of people. The basketball and cheerleading coaches worked really hard for the game. The final score was Southeast 27 and Highland Park Christian Academy 5. Southeast won by 22 points.   

Sean Beach is a 4th grader, Phylicity Brown is a 5th grader and Kendyn Johnson is a 4th grader at Friendship Southeast Academy.
